And the solid steel 95kg weight stack assures smooth action through the commercial rated pulleys and cables (700kg rating). The seat and pads are ProTek Hi-density foam with Commercial quality sewn PU covers for extra comfort and durability. Included is the very versatile ?Torsonator?, which caters for a variety of rotation/anti-rotation movements for core training and bent over rows for back exercises.
