The RATED® AB-R8 sit up mat delivers stability, constant tension, and a full range of motion while offering back support though-out the movement.
AB-R8 sit up mat is designed with a curve that mimics that of the spine allowing your abs to get a proper stretch at the bottom of the movement followed by a complete contraction at the top of the movement.
The design provides a more complete isolation of your ab muscles during crunches, leg lifts and sit-ups by lessening the engagement of lower back and hip flexors in the movement.
